Account data — your name, email and workspace details. Messaging data — the phone numbers you message, message content and delivery status, kept so you can see your own delivery logs. Billing data — plan and payment records; card details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never touch our servers. Technical data — IP address and basic logs for security and abuse prevention.

To provide the Service, deliver your messages, process payments, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your message content for advertising.

We share data only with the processors that make the Service work — Razorpay for payments and WhatsApp for message delivery — and where required by law. Each processes data under its own terms.

We keep account and messaging data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting support@sendwamessage.in.
