Shipping & Delivery

Sendwamessage is a digital software service. There are no physical goods to ship, so no shipping charges or delivery addresses apply. This page describes how digital delivery works — Razorpay requires it to be stated explicitly.
Service activation
Access to your workspace is provisioned electronically and is available immediately after you sign up. Paid plans and message credits are activated as soon as your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, which is normally instant.
Message delivery
Messages you send are delivered to WhatsApp for onward delivery in real time. Actual delivery to a recipient depends on WhatsApp and the recipient’s device and network, which are outside our control. Delivery status for each message is shown in your dashboard.

If a purchase has not activated within a few minutes, contact support@sendwamessage.in with your payment reference and we will look into it.
