Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms govern your use of Sendwamessage (the “Service”), operated by Sendwamessage (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Sendwamessage lets you connect a WhatsApp number and send messages to your own contacts, from our dashboard or via our API. You are responsible for the content you send and for having a lawful basis and the recipient’s consent to message them.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or infringing content, or to violate WhatsApp’s own terms and policies. We may suspend accounts that do so, without refund of message credits consumed.
3. Accounts & billing
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and API keys secure. Paid plans and message credits are billed through Razorpay. Charges are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. See our Cancellation & Refunds policy for how billing changes and refunds are handled.
4. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Message delivery ultimately depends on WhatsApp and the recipient’s device, which are outside our control.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
6. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@sendwamessage.in.
